These terms are between you and LUNARWERX LLC, 117 S Lexington St Ste 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701, for Packing Buddy: the app, the web app, the server behind them and this site. By using it you agree to them. How we handle your information is in the privacy policy.

What Packing Buddy does

You photograph what goes in a box, an AI lists it, and you print a label with a code and a QR code. Later you search for an item and it tells you which box. The list is a draft made by an AI: it can be wrong or miss things, so check it before you rely on it, and change it by hand when it is.

Your account and your boxes

You can try Packing Buddy without an account. To keep going past the free test boxes, and to back your boxes up, you sign in with Connections. Keep your sign-in to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account. What you put in your boxes stays yours. You let us store it, and pass your photos to the AI services named in the privacy policy, only so the app can work for you.

Plans and payment

• A free account includes a number of free boxes. Plus, Pro and Keep are paid plans with their own limits, shown in the web app.
• Paid plans are bought on the web, through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the app or the web app; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• The phone apps do not sell plans. A plan you bought on the web works in the phone app when you sign in.
• When a plan ends, every box stays: you can open it, change it by hand and reprint its label, and its backup is kept for 365 days. New boxes, and the AI reading new photos, need a plan again.

Using it fairly

Do not use Packing Buddy to break the law, to upload what you have no right to share, to harm the service or other people, or to get around a plan's limits. We may limit or stop an account that does.

Labels and printing

Labels print on your own printer or label sheets. Check that a printed code matches its box before you pack it away.

No guarantee

Packing Buddy is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your boxes safe, but we do not promise it will never fail, lose a backup or read a photo correctly. Keep valuables, documents and anything you cannot replace where you can check them yourself. To the extent the law allows, LUNARWERX LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for more than what you paid for Packing Buddy in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may change these terms or the app. If a change matters, the date above changes with it, and using the app after that means you accept it.
